Please remove all window screens and unlock the patio screen door for the Spring Window Cleaning. You need not be at home. You do not save the Association money if you do not get your windows cleaned, we pay a set charge.
Additional Contractor Services
In addition to window cleaning, the contractor also cleans windows on the inside, cleans dryer vents, changes light bulbs, will power wash screens, clean chandeliers and will clean under appliances. These extra services will be at your expense and the contractor will bill you at the time of service.
If you wish to schedule any of these extra services, please contact Jack Felder at 630-512-0203, since he needs to alert the contractor in order to schedule their workers.
