Fall Window Cleaning October 24-25, 2014
Please remove all window screens and unlock the patio screen door for the Fall Window Cleaning. You need not be at home. You do not save the Association money if you do not get your windows cleaned, we pay a set charge.
Additional Contractor Services
In addition to window cleaning, the contractor also cleans windows on the inside, cleans dryer vents, changes light bulbs, will power wash screens, clean chandeliers and will clean under appliances. These extra services will be at your expense and the contractor will bill you at the time of service.

Annual Fire Alarm Testing September 13, 2014
S.S.&E. Alarm Company will be conducting the annual fire alarm testing in all the homes in Ashbrook Place for the Darien-Woodridge Fire Protection District. A technician will need to enter your home for about 10 minutes between 9 a.m. and noon to test the alarm sensors. If you cannot be home this day, please give a key to a neighbor or Board Member. If the contractor cannot test your home, you will be responsible for paying them to come back at another time.
